Under five users with a standard process, an off-the-shelf tool is often enough: we’ll tell you so. We redo the maths with your own numbers during the assessment.

Common questions
Do I really own the code?
Yes. The source code, documentation and access are handed over. You can keep improving it with us or with another team.
Can we move our data without losing anything?
Yes. We export the old tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Sellsy, Excel…), clean it up, then your team checks everything on a test environment before the switch.
Can all our software be connected?
Yes, all of it. Some tools are easier than others depending on what the vendor opens up (APIs, exports, email), but every one can be linked. The assessment tells you how, and what it costs.
What recurring costs should we expect?
Maintenance (15% of the price per year), hosting if we run it (from €150 excl. VAT a month), AI model usage by volume and any third-party services (e-signature, SMS). No per-user licence.
